YEŞİL YÖNTEM İLE KÜRESEL Ni1/3Co1/3Mn1/3CO3 PARÇACIKLARIN SENTEZİ

In this study, we reported a simple and green manufacturing of uniform, sphere-shaped [Ni1/3Co1/3Mn1/3]CO3 nanoparticles, which can be considered as precursor for Li[Ni1/3Co1/3Mn1/3]O2 . Ni-Co-Mn carbonate particle was prepared via three steps, (1), the mixing metal sulfate salts with Na2CO3 which, formed primary precipitation, (2) addition (NH4)2CO3, responsible increasing conversion rate, (3) hydrothermal treatment lead to existing recrystallization spherical shape particles. The morphology crystalline structure present material is characterized by Energy-dispersive X-ray Spectroscopy (EDS), Scanning Electron Microscopic (SEM) diffraction (XRD). Analysis outcomes indicated that particle's growth mechanism composition depend on dissolution-recrystallization process (NH4)2CO3 dissociation process. This study opens avenue prepare cathode materials in lithium-ion battery application.
